Foundation Learning (FL)

Available to learners between the ages of 16 and 18.

Targeted at learners who have not achieved Level 2 qualifications and are experiencing difficulties in accessing apprenticeships, college courses or employment.

HTL’s L+ programme delivers Entry or Level 1 qualifications plus support, preparation and mentoring required to make the transition on to:

The primary focus of HTL’s L+ programme is to enable progression on to Level 2 programmes through a personalised development programme and tailored support.
