Hillingdon Training Ltd delivers high quality pre-vocational life skills and accredited work-related training for the benefit of residents and employers in the local area. Its target market is students aged 16-19 years wishing to follow apprenticeship and other work-based programmes, as well as adults in the local community. Training typically involves a recognised scheme leading to an apprenticeship or National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) and mainly takes place in the workplace and at schools within the borough, although other facilities are sometimes used.

The company offers Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships in Children’s Care, Learning and Development and IT Practitioner, Level 2 apprenticeships in Business and Administration and Active Leisure, as well as Young Apprenticeships in Business Administration, Construction, Health & Social Care, Hospitality and Motor Vehicle, in addition to an Entry to Employment programme.
