Hillingdon Training Ltd delivers high quality pre-vocational life skills and accredited work-related training for the benefit of residents and employers in the local area. Its target market is those in the local community wishing to follow apprenticeship and other work-based training. Training typically involves a recognised scheme leading to an apprenticeship or National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) and mainly takes place in the workplace and at schools within the borough, although other facilities are sometimes used.

The company offers Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships in Business and Administration, Children’s Care, Learning and Development, Customer Service and Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools, Level 2 apprenticeships in Health and Social Care, as well as Young Apprenticeships in Business Administration, Health and Social Care, Hospitality/Catering, Motor Vehicle and Sport, in addition to a Foundation Learning programme.
