Employers have a duty to ensure that they reduce the risk of injury to employees who may use incorrect manual handling techniques (Manual Handling Operations Regulations).

This course teaches candidates how to move objects safely, so that the risks associated with manual handling are reduced.

Who should attend?
All employees who are required to move and handle objects.

What will be learnt?
Candidates will be taught how to risk assess their own specific working environment, but also to be aware of other manual handling issues and risks within the workplace.
