Customer Service

Hillingdon Training offers places funded by the Skills Funding Agency for the right candidate along with guaranteed employment positions and a full support programme.

Two qualification levels are available:
Intermediate Apprenticeship and the Advanced Apprenticeship. We typically recommend that people becoming apprentices start at level 2 and then progress to level 3, the Advanced Apprenticeship.

Intermediate Apprenticeship
Participants in the Intermediate Apprenticeship will achieve a number of qualifications:

  • Level 2 Certificate (NVQ) in Customer Service
  • Certificate in Customer Service Level 2
  • Key skill/Functional skill qualifications in Communication/English and Application of Number/Maths

The Intermediate Apprenticeship takes between 9 and 12 months to complete.

Advanced Apprenticeship
Those taking part in the Advanced Apprenticeship also gain various qualifications:

  • Level 3 Diploma (NVQ) in Customer Service
  • Certificate in Customer Service Level 3
  • Key skill/Functional skill qualifications in Communication/English and Application of Number/Maths

The Advanced Apprenticeship takes 15-18 months to complete.
